More on Camp Zoe - Concerts , Camping , Peace, Far Out Man !

I know this is a 2nd post awfully quick about the same subject but it's such a great happening that it deserves more than 1 post. The only place I've been to with the same sort of vibe was a Greatful Dead Concert. Camp Zoe truely takes you back. They'll be people camped all over this place, playing guitars, drums , whatever. Singing and laughing and swimming and any fun you can imagine is the agenda of every day and night. The music/bands are always top notch. If you do plan to go to Zoe in may I'd suggest comming OVERLY PREPARED. Extra Food, Water, Pillows and Blankets are all a good idea. Whatever you do , Don't forget to bring a camera . You'll be making new friends and meeting new people and you might want to remember what they look like someday :) . Again, you can go to the following address for more info. Happy Camping!

Camp Zoe - Schwagstock 37

I've been to Zoe a few times and I can personally tell you that it's a BLAST!!!! - Talk about taking a trip back in time - THIS IS IT ! Zoe offers concerts, camping, river floating, swimming, hiking, and more. Each summer Camp Zoe hosts several concerts and music festivals. Thousands of people dancing and listening to live music for up to three days at a time is the most common activity at Zoe. Group camping comes with the large festivals, bringing in another level of fun. The music is great, the people even better. Best thing I can advise to anyone planning to go to Zoe is bring LOTS of extra FOOD. Food is like solid gold at zoe. *** Get your best tie dye and get there! You can find all the info you need at http://www.campzoe.com/aboutzoe.html

Plan on the first summer event in May ! MAY 23+24+25 - SCHWAGSTOCK 37

Camp Zoe is located in the heart of Missouri, between the Ozark Riverways and Pioneer Forest near the towns of Eminence and Salem on Highway 19 just 28 miles south of downtown Salem, Missouri.

Fun and Happenings - Guides and Reviews

I'm going to start this blog as a place for people to just find fun things to do and plan on doing. I'll also be reviewing some concerts and events and giving my opinions on trip worthiness to each event. I'd like to start with mentioning Moondance Jam. It's a four day event that happens each year up in Northwest Minnesota and I was lucky enough to attend it this year. I saw Def Leppard, REO Speedwagon, Kansas, Rick Springfield, The New Cars, & The Moody Blues. These people really know how to throw a party. They have campsights available and the setup is excellent. This is deffinately an event to plan for and as it's yearly , easy to plan for. They have so many excellent bands and such a variety , that there's something sure to please everyone. In 2008, The Jam will take place July 9 - 12. I know that seems very distant but this is a four day event and something to plan ahead for. You can find out everyting you need to know for this event at http://www.moondancejam.com/ . Happy Camping!
